  • a wife is to do her best to enhance (not a good word to use but I can’t think of another at the moment!) her husbands life! Not slander of abuse it!
  • She gives him her best and nothing less!

Vs. 13  “She selects wool an flax and works with eager hands!”

  • She rotates the soil so it is fresh for wheat.
  • She take care of her families (food a clothing??) needs.
  • She works diligently!

******MORE TO COME ON THESE TWO VERSES FO SHO******

vs. 10  “A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies!

  • Noble, pure, and righteous wives are rare!
  • Noble: Admirable in dignity of conception; Of an exalted moral or excellence
  • She is valuable and precious!
  • Valuable: having qualities worthy of respect.

vs. 11  “Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of values!”

  • Confidence: full trust; assurance; reliable
  • Her husband trust her completely without any doubt or questioning.
  • Lack(s): To be without; absence

**HIM

  • He is not without any respect because of his wife.
  • He is still seen as a high integrity, position man.

**HER

  • She does not lack (is not without) any respect because she is able to be trusted and is reliable!

[I was not sure if they were refering to the wife or husband in "and lacks nothing of value" so I put what I thought for both!]

I believe, as desciples, all women should study out and obtain the character’s of a noble wife!!!

Malachi 2:(1-17)-3:1-5

God has been smacking my face like no other! Alright, I hate to do it but I have another Smack in the FACE from the Lord Almighty! God has been showing me his anger and man it’s not pretty! Many “christians” , believe that God is an angry God but a merciful God! Which is exactly true don’t get me wrong but they twist the real meaning to it! Yes, God is merciful but his mercy only goes so far! When you tell yourself this everyday, “It’s okay for me do drink now, i can just ask for forgiveness later!“, it’s not forgiveness! Then that’s when God’s angry side kicks in! (i really don’t know how to explain whats going on in my head so please bare with me, i apologize!) Your taking advantage of his mercy and then he refuses to give it to you! (the drinking line was just a sample! There are many other examples that could be tossed in!!!) Don’t think for a second that God is too soft-hearted to thrust his hand of wrath on you because he isn’t! Stay in fear of the Lord and don’t be contempt with his word! (i hope this makes since!!!!!)

Malachi 1:1-14

Wow, so harsh and yet so true! Why is it that out of all God’s amazing mercy, rightousness, and love he bestows on us we always end up giving him the crappest things we have! Why is it that all God asks for is a sacrifice of an “acceptible male” form our herd but for some reason we give him our “dirtiest, blind, blemished” animal that is to distorted to even be served as a meal! Then we ask him stupid questions like, “Have we shown cotempt in your name?” or “How have we defiled you?” and we get so overly worked up that God is punishing us for no reason! We are so selfish that we can’t give God the little he asks for but we piss and moan [excuse my french:)] when he doesn’t meet our every need! I’m sick of the church’s perseption that all they need to do is attend Sunday services and pray before each meal and they suddenly have God’s magic lamp (if that makes any since….im kind of rambling, sorry)! We, not as Christains, but as Desciples need to rise up (including myself as well!) and spend every second of every day just dwelling in the presence of God just waiting  for whatever word or command he has for us!

Colossians 1:1-14

Paul, pretty much the greatest apostle of all times, is talking about thanksgiving and prayer, which seems so simple. But honestly, this simple little paragraph slapped me in my face! It totally convicted me of my prayer life! We definately should be praying passionately for the lost but we should not lose that passion when we are praying for the saints aka our brothers and sisters in christ! We should be just as passonate for their strength and relationship in the Lord as our own [with a few guidlines between males ands female:) ] .

accountability….online?! who would have known! this is my journal, electronic journal! its very weird to be blogging what i am learning on my own personal, but public, webpage! it’s exciteing though! i know for a fact this is going to greatly change my life for the better and i can’t wait to see the fruits that God is going to produce out of this time:)
